1) Who we are (Controller/Processor)

For website, prospect, and account user data we are a controller. For Customer Data in the SaaS, we are a processor under our Data Processing Addendum.

2) What we collect

• Account data: name, email, phone, company, role.
• Usage data: logs, IP, device/browser, session and analytics events.
• Support data: tickets, emails/chats; calls where lawful and notified.
• Customer Data (processor): logistics, telematics, images/videos and other data you ingest.

3) How we use data & legal bases

• Provide and maintain the Service (contract performance).
• Security, fraud prevention, diagnostics (legitimate interests; legal obligations).
• Billing & account management (contract; legal obligations).
• Product improvement & analytics (legitimate interests; consent where required).
• Marketing communications (consent where required; opt-out anytime).

4) Sharing & sub-processors

We share personal data with trusted providers (hosting, email, analytics, payments, support) under appropriate data protection commitments. Current sub-processors are listed here.

5) International transfers

Where data is transferred internationally, we use safeguards like Standard Contractual Clauses and conduct risk assessments where required.

6) Retention

We retain data as needed for the purposes above or legal requirements. Customer Data is retained per your configuration and our DPA; deletion/anonymisation follows the export window.

7) Your rights

Subject to law (Nigeria Data Protection Act/NDPR and, where applicable, GDPR), you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability, and withdraw consent without affecting prior processing. 8) Security

We apply industry-standard technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, monitoring, and staff training.

9) Children

The Service is not directed to children under the applicable digital consent age.
